  • Job input - manual order entry, importing files, our industry leading API or Cyrus Gateway customer portal are all ways you can quickly bring jobs into the system
  • Dynamic Planning tools - drag and drop jobs which pro-actively warn you when a driver and/or vehicle is unavailable with unique views to maximise utilisation of your fleet and find those all important backloads
  • Automated pricing - automatically price jobs
  • Execution - execute jobs via our Cyrus ePOD application, an integrated telematics solution or by printing manifests
  • Track progress - with the use of status updates you can progress the job so you never miss any changes. These updates can be made visible to your customer through Cyrus Gateway customer portal
  • Complete - complete orders, ensure POD’s are attached to the job and prepare for invoice
  • Invoice - Perform batch or single invoicing from Cyrus TMS that will then update your 3rd party accounts package
